Hey all. I'm finally starting to re-assemble my 914. I've got a low-mile two-litre to stuff in, and I'm wondering if I should have the flywheel lightened or buy one that has already been done. Thanks for any help. Regards, -K-

Stock flywheels are cast so lightening one of those will weaken it quite a bit. If you want to lighten a flywheel then buy something forged from Kennedy or a later wasser flywheel.
