Man do these things let in alot of water.... Every orifice on them.... Anyways, just went out and sat in the back end of my 81 westy and there is damn near a puddle sitting on the engine deck. Which I'm thinking means I need a new hatch seal. Any other places than CIP to get it from? $95 canadian seems kinda high for a piece of rubber. Also, I need to know where I can find the seal that goes around the engine cover. Mine was half missing and while doing my rebuild became entirely missing. (was flapping around and pissin me off so I tore it out ) Also, anybody know where you can get all the window seals all the way around the van with the "chrome" strips that are just bakelite plastic and deteriorate like crazy? Mine are cracked and falling apart. Also would like to know where I could find the sliding side window rubbers.... Dear lord this thing is alot of work. Worth it when I'm out camping in the summer though.
