I know I should put this in the feedback forum and probably will but just had to get this out.
I ordered a few items last week mainly some Torco assembly Lube and some Sealed power piston ring gel lube. About $70 bucks with shipping.
Got a message late friday that my package had been delivered. Not on the porch. looked closely at the email. Damn....they shipped it to my OLD address in Iowa from 7 yers ago.
I have ordered things from my current address from summit. I KNOW I updated it.
Called this morning expecting a fight. Their remote customer service rep out of Florida...a real human no less.....starting digging around and quoted my current address and said the problem is that somehow I have TWO ACCOUNTS with Summit.
She merged the history from both, deleted the old address....and said...."you know its just not enough money to cause a ruckus"....and shipped a replacement order package to me at no charge!
Damn....high point for a Monday!

Remarkable!, service like that was once common, now it's like winning the lottery if you find it.
Good for them! _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
