I'm in L.A. until next Monday and was going to hit a couple shops while I'm here. I'd like to find some within 20 miles or so of LAX. I found SoCal Imports in Long Beach, and JBugs in Hawthorne. However, JBugs' website says they're in Oceanside. Is there a store in Hawthorne?
Any other shops within 20 miles or so of LAX?
Any shows going on this weekend? _________________ Andy

20 miles of LAX? There's West Coast Metric (San Pedro) , ISP West (Carson) & Serrano's (Torrance). If you travel a little more South and extend your coverage area by approx 35 miles, you can visit Gene Berg, Kustom 1 & BFY (all in Orange) and West Coast Classics & Empi (both in Fullerton) _________________ 1947 Typ 11a

Thanks guys. I went by SoCal Imports and dropped a C-note there, then another $20 at JBugs. Seemed like JBugs has more to offer. At least the showroom is bigger.
Won't have another chance until Sunday. Maybe I'll hit a couple more then. I might have to go buy another suitcase for the flight home. _________________ Andy

How about in the SF valley or north? I have a '71 T3 that has sat for 10 years (original owner) and it needs tranny work and rubber parts.
Thx. |
