I know many of you have made their own custom exhaust, but have any of you made them out of stainless? I have been able to locate most of the material (thanks eBay) but I’m having problems finding a reducer in stainless to go from 2ā€ to 2.5ā€ or 3ā€ any ideas?

NICE! Glad the link helped! We've been dealing with them for a very long time & have never been disappointed. For the prices they give us, it's not worth it use anything but stainless.

BTW - they will also make custom bends & custom flanges if you need them. Not everything is listed on their site, but everything you can think of they can get or make for you. It's like a candy shop for fabricators Very Happy

I just have some grinding and polishing to finish it up. I did fire it up and very nice deep tone, not much louder than my hideaway.

The tip comes out behind the rear wheel and I cut it off so it would not stick out past the tire.

Turned out very nice, i did the same thing but just in steel for a split bus about 5 years back, didant actually turn out any cheaper than buying one, but i enjoyed making it and it sat just where I wanted it to.
