| I was cleaning out my new 73 and it was very dirty. Pulled out the battery and found a few extra wires that are not connected to anything behind the battery three of them, two with female connections and the other is cut. They are joined into one hose and run back to the engine compartment with the power line of the battery.. They were just laying behind the battery. ANY IDEAS?? Everything seems to work. |

| these are battery sense wires for the dealer computer interface. See the large white plug just inside the upper lip of the decklid, the dealer had a puter to read diagonistics off the car way before OBD1 was even a dream in Detroit. |
