On the Split bus front wheel cylinders, is there a need to bleed each cylinder separately?

Is there a provision to remove air between the two cylinders other than loosening the line that connects them?

First bus, first time servicing the brakes.

Just use the bleeder valves, one per wheel. Make sure the brakes are completely assembled, drums on, etc.
