Hi Everyone
Looking for leads on locating a fiberglass top for my 65. I've placed a wanted add in the classifies but all I get is scammers.
Does anyone have one or can anyone point me in the right direction to someone that has this type of inventory?
I'm wanting to convert my bus to a camper.
Thanks

If you're converting a normal bus to a camper you're better off looking for a complete roof cut out of a camper. The hole in a Westy is not just a hole but has a finished edge to it plus you need the hinged lifts/springs as well.
Honestly, if I was in your situation I would go all in and buy a completely new top from Dormobile. New parts and an amazing setup if your willing to cough up the dough. _________________ RPM=(MPH*336* (R&P*4th*1.26))/Tire Diameter in inches |

Good advice SRFNDOC. if considering a UK (over seas) purchase you better wait until the tariffs go away. Hoping they end in late October. But also Ask john about the hinges. _________________ 1956 L31

The flange is hand hammered into the roof, it's not a job for an amature, but if you know an experienced panel beater it's not difficult for them.
Alternately some ~1.5" X 1.5" sheet metal angle and a shrinker/stretcher would make a flange you could pop rivet or panel bond in place, there's more than one way to do it. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

Thanks all great info here. I'm a metal guy so not to worried with cutting and forming the flange around the opening.
I have a lead on a Riviera pop-top but I don't much information or parts for this type of top. Can anyone suggest links that may have more information on the Riviera top style? |

I have pics in my gallery of Riviera pop-top campers. Pics I've taken of campers at shows, might be useful.
