Nice job. Did you have much trouble getting the inner section to close up tight to both the outer section and the B pillar closing panel? Both mine look like they need 10mm of metal added to the inner dogleg to meet the B pillar

was able to just hammer closed the gap areas between the outer skin and against the b-pillar. i waited till the whole thing was welded in place as to not shift or move it with some block and hammer blows. the new material reformed quite easily and then I welded it up.

i hated to drill through my new panel but wanted to use the clecos to keep the panel tight for welding. it is welded up and the holes have been welded up too. after grinding weld snot on the inner-side, threw some all metal on there for cosmetic reasons. just in case someone wants to put there head underneath and look. you know someone will someday. i know i look at shit like that and judge.

Good job closing the inner to the outer, mine twists in all sorts of ways if I try squeeze it closed. I made the decision to cut a section out and remake it to fit well before I fit them to the truck.
Also noticed the curvature doesn't match the nos b pillar I have so that needs correcting too.
