wire wheels for beetles??

im looking at the rat rod look and i would like to know what those steel wire wheels are and how do i get them. they look like the ones that came on 34 fords back in the day. was also wanting an opinion...would it look silly Confused

to put those wire wheels on a lowerd 69 beetle and remove the front fenders?
