|
|
So I have 2 sets of front seats for my 65, and both are missing the piece releases the backrest part of the seat forward.
The catch is there, but it looks like there's a piece missing that goes from the catch to the middle of the back of the seat with a wing nut.
Does anyone have a picture of what I'm missing? I'm thinking that it would be pretty easy to make one.
thanks in advance- |

Nothing is missing on the seat. But there is a cable that winds from the lower part at the front of the door and winds to under the front seats. The wing nut holds a sleeve and cable bracket and there is a cable with a hooked end that goes to the release hook on the seat. So when the door is opened the seat can come forward and when the doors are shut they automatically lock back. _________________ "What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: 'tis dearness only that gives everything its value.
