It’s been a couple years since I dealt with Nate, but at the best of times, it took days (or weeks) to get a response from him. I think it’s just a one man show, and communication wasn’t the best. But his products were all top notch, so in the end, it was well worth the wait.

Nate does amazing work. He will email you back eventually, but he also answers phone calls, try calling him. Agreed, his work is top notch.
