They won't fit. There's that extra collar around the lug hole on the wheel which hits the cap.

Yup, they fit through from the back, but the opening in a stock wheel isn't a perfect circle, there are five little "bumps" or "ears" intruding into the opening where the metal surrounding the lug holes is reinforced with a lip.

The cap will go through the wheel just fine but not all the way, the diameter of the cone will hang up on those "ears".

Although, those in the picture seem different from the ones offered with the Ol' Skool JACKMAN wheels. There DOES seem to me a greater distance between the lug hole and the edge of the cone. You could probably enlarge the image to real size, measure the distance and see if there is enough clearance to fit the through the stock wheel . . . . maybe . . . .

TC, I'm guessing we're not talking about real high quality stuff here (i.e. Taiwan mfg., etc.)--what would stop someone from just threading in the lug bolts, and just "making 'em fit," via just slowly torquing down the bolts???

I have been running them on my Baja for years. Once the wheel is torqued on, the "hub cap" will have 5 little dents from the wheel and they look like they came that way.
