Thanks, the license plates are Portuguese. In Portugal is AA-01-01 or 01-01-AA
and now the new ones are 01-AA-01 Smile

Thanks Smile Yes, she loves it !

BTW as i told before i want to lower my beetle as soon as possible, and i want to order the parts.

I want to lower 16 cm's = 6 inches

so from what i understand for the searches i made, i need to put 2 Sway A way Adjusters plus droped spindles.

Am i right ?

Can you please suggest me from this 2 systems which one is the best ?

I'll wait forward for some answers.

Thanks

About the license plates, the numbers and letters on the netherlands ones are thinner than the portuguese classic ones. They also use the "y" and "w" letters... Portugal dont. Wink

to your question..

i have mine with this type from CSP-Shop and also dropped spindels.

i don't really know which is better.

my advice is, you should check what type of front beam you have, because your 67 must be a 66 model (205-5 bolt rims), in summer 67 they changed to 4-bolt rims.

the point is, the 66 model should already have the new front beam type (67 and later), so it might be, that you have the new "4-bolt rims" front beam, but still the 5-bolt rims (earlier -67).

i don't know if it is described correctly, just take a closer look on these parts (also the dropped spindles)

sorry i don't know the names of the beams in english, but when you search online for adjustable front beams, you will find the difference.
see what i mean:

Hello everyone,

i already installed the sway a way but i think i welded them in a very aggressive angle.
Please tell me if they should have been welded like on the red stripe ( parallel to the beam )

i ask this because the car don't lower more, and the front suspension doesn't work.

I'll wait for help.

Thanks
