Sad What's up with PLF?? I ordered some tent bags last October and paid through paypal but have yet to recieved anything. I have sent emails with no response. I have tried calling phone number dozens of times and except for one time where Dawn answered, no other calls have been picked up nor have messages been replied to. The one time she answered (a couple of months ago), she replied that order would go out right away. Nothing received to date. Figure I will now have to go through paypal and see if I can get my money back.

Anyone else having problems?

man, i thought i was the only one. it's really evident that PLFVW is not responding to people other than myself. i ordered curtains in july and never received them--i've sent 13 emails, called them, and only when they got my $ did i actually get a response--once. i finally have had enough and have filed a complaint with PayPal, and contacted my credit card company to get my $ back--ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
please heed my call: don't buy from PLF, it'll be an incredibly frustrating experience.
there are other companies out there making curtains, and other fabric pieces. Google "vwcurtains", and several companies come up. yeah, some of 'em are in england, but i'll pay the extra shipping to actually get some product.
having been in manufacturing, i know that taking $ and not delivering is not a good way to do business--in fact i think it's a crime!!!!!!

This is another of MANY threads on this subject and PLF (peace,love ,freedom). Search the other threads. Oh, and if you've recently ordered from PLF, (Dawn), and in PLF time that means within about the past year, better reset your watch to "cosmic time" and quit standing by the front door like your expecting that item that you (pre)paid for to arrive! it'll get there"whenever it does, man".

Word on the street is, if buying from PLF, it needs to be done in person at the shows. Sad thing is I only hear good things about her products as far as quality goes. Threads like this pop up more often then not, reminds me of GEX motors.
