I can no longer use my rear bumper? Its new as are the brackets. I adjusted this thing as far foward as possible.. Is there a longer set of rear brackets for my bumper to close with this set of standoffs? I dont want to use the cali bumpers.

There are a few things you can do. You can make up spacers to go between the bumber blade and the brackets. Usually about an inch will do it. You'll need to replace the bolts with longer ones.

If you are running the blade only and no over rider bars, you can turn the blade upside down. This lowers the top of the blade. It changes the shape a little as the blade is somewhat flat on the bottom and will now be flat on the top. I have been asked several times where I got the "custom" bumbers. Nobody ever figured out they were stock ones just turned.
