73 Thang (Texas version of a Thing)

Pretty funny. I had the same personalized VIRGINIA license plate on my first Thing back in 1980. A good-ole-boy mechanic where I worked back in college first saw it and exclaimed, "Whut is that-there thang!?" I thought it was so funny, I got the tag.

10mi. east of Austin in Webberville.

Thing is not running because I got my 34PICT3 back from Chards 3 months ago and the carb does not work. Chards will not help me with the issue and I have not found another German carb.

If so, I saw you this last weekend. I was there for Hunter Ingalls funeral. We tagged the Cadillac Ranch and hung out with a bunch of my "Artist Friends" from when I used to live there. Man, has that town changed.
