What production date is a 66 bug chassis number of 116 440 745? Is it November or December 65?

December. The VW charts list the final unit produced that calendar month.

Thanks glutmodo, mine is 116468194 and now I know it's Jan '66 instead of Dec '65. I should have paid attention to the heading above the charts.
