Hi ,ive imported a 59 panel from the states ,it was incomplete but pretty dry and solid..so iam happy..but
in the past the bus had bin stripped from all its usuable parts ..also the shifter rods ..both front and rear ..so the entire shifting system from the cabin to the gearbox is missing

ive find some parts already ..an early style front rod incl the M spring
a NOS shifterrod bushing (metal early one ) the shifter itself ..its all here again

but its pretty impossible overhere to find the long shifter rod wich goes all way to the back ,to the coupler..so i want to build one my own..

iam searching for the length ,diameter etc etc ..to duplicate one ? can you guys help me out ???
ive tried and searched the posts but cannot find it ..

yes ..i know thank you ..but have you seen the shipping costs to holland ? its a total price off 200 shipping incl + 19 % dutch taxes over the total amount ..
i think a bit crazy for a shift rod ..and the reason for fabricating my own ..
