It looks like this topic has been covered before in the split beetle forums, but I have heard that the 54 / 55 early 36hp motors have a slightly different "thin lipped" crank pulley, and likely use a different belt that the earlier 25hp, and the later thick pulley 36hp?
Anyone know the correct size? |

I hope someone has your answer. im sure the belt is the same size. BUT dont know for certain.

Well, "sick" is a good way to describe them seeing as the first 7 on my list are not driver status as of yet
Hopefully the 54 standard will be soon though  |
