|
|
I recently acquired a 66 standard sliding door bus that has a popout window on the forward window and a stationary window on the back of the door. The popout window is hinged at the back and the latch is at the front. I was wondering if this is correct? Also it has 3 popouts on the left side and only the front one on the right side.
I have a sliding door 21 window that is unmolested and it is hinged at the front and pops open at the back.
Maybe they came different on the deluxes? |

I have a 66 slider and the front window opens forward and it was coded for 6 pop outs with the second two opening towards the back. _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

The door must be awful close to the popout rear of the door when it is opened?
Mine is coded for 6 popouts, but there are no hinges or holes for the right side back two popouts...seems kinda odd. |

Slider popout mechanisms are unique to sliders: the rear one is anyway. |
