Fresh air/defrost vent for 72 type 1

I need to know where I can get a left and right fresh air vent for my 72 beetle. My fresh air box has a 45mm dia. hose and the vents I got with the car have a 60mm hose and a 30mm defrost hose. Can anyone help.
Does anyone reproduce these vents?
