Albert mirror stem

I purchased this off ebay for my 67. It has the early pin style mounting stem. Did Albert make these mirrors with the 67 style stem with the nut attached? I know I could change out the door hinge on my 67 to the early style, but I'd rather keep it like its supposed to be. I placed a wanted ad for the later style stem, but i need to know if they are even out the somewhere.

I think you can get the stem off the regular pear shaped mirrors that have the stem on them like the Albert's.. I have a Hagus that is very much the same as yours, and I need the stem piece as well..

I don't think the stock mirror has the screw that mounts the stem to the head like the Albert mirror.
