No personal experience. The general consensus seems to be LN or nothing for nickasil cylinders. There's a big price difference. All I know is that QSC is Chinese. Nickasil plating is expensive so why so cheap? I spent 2 days or so reading up on nickasil plating and couldn't make sense of it. If I had the dough I'd buy the LN's.
I'm sure someone here has a personal experience with the QSC nickasil cylinders. Use the search.

The Chinese have been doing NicASil coatings for years. Just take a look at the Model aircraft/car/boat industry.

Personally I'd stick with spending a tad bit more for the Mahles, at least I Know I can trust these to last.

Tom I can believe the Chinese have been doing it but my worry would be model airplane quality plating in my cylinders. For the price, I would suspect the QA portion of production to be nil. I do my very best to not buy from manufacturers that have little or no concern for quality.
