PMs getting hung up in Outbox

last couple of days, private messages of mine have been hung up in my outbox and not moving along to the "sent" box. in fact, there's one stuck there now.

I had to cancel one and re-write it to get it to go. Am I doing something wrong?

They stay in the Outbox until the person reads it, then it moved to the Sentbox

If you delete it from your Outbox they will never get it.
