i need some information on repairing electric hookup on my 1968 campmobile. I know nothing about electricity so when a new fuse did not fix it i was lost. please help me [email protected] |

You'll have to be alot more specific than that. What exactly is the problem, and what happened to bring it about (the more background info you can provide, the more likely it is that someone can help).Jeremy |

the electricity does not work. thats about all that i can tell you. just bought the vehicle and it does not work. need to know how to rewire the whole thing. i have all of the parts. jeff |

this is not meant to be offensive, but...it seems that you know nothing about automotive electrics. I would HIGHLY suggest you just take it into a shop to get it fixed. I would also suggest going to a VW shop or an electricity specific repair shop(preferably an auto restoration shop). Auto electricity is somewhat complex and dangerous to mess with if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Good luck! |

i understand that electricity is DANGEROUS. i am sorry that i want to learn a little about my automobile. i appreciate your advice on how i should handle the problem. maybe everybody doesn't just drop their vehicle off at a shop and say fix it. some good vw owners sent me the info i needed and the electricity is supplying the power to the computer that is typing this response. not to be offensive. thanks jeff |
