I paid for a used 2" narrowed beam on 7-01-09 from Kevin Hicks [email protected] via PayPal. As of today 8-17-09 I still have not received it from him. I have emailed him many times to his yahoo account and to his PM on the Samba. I have called many times and left voice messages and even talked to him one time on the phone. His communication is absolutely unacceptable. He was very prompt when I was emailing him about purchasing the beam. He sent me extra photos and responded quickly. I have given him many chances to give me a shipping verification. He will once a week respond sorry I have been out of town it is on its way. I feel I have done absolutely everything I can to try and live up to my end of the bargain. Personally being in retail I am the last person to give negative feedback, but there are times when it is necessary. I have asked for my money back the past 2 weeks and I have not received any response to that. At this point I feel I have been scammed. He is an active member as I can see through his account that he has visited recently. Please anyone else looking to purchase from him be very cautious and do not get scammed! |
