Ivory '66 Ghia Cabrio, German TV show "Nonstop Nonsens- Didi als Polizist" (1980). Funnyman Didi is a policeman and tends to the Ghia in a traffic jam,

loses his balance from the front of a high truck that is stopped in a traffic jam directly behind the Ghia, falls through the convertible top Shocked , onto the pretty gal, and while rolling out the driver's door, grabs her red blouse for support and pulls it completely off!

bbc/hbo spy master series set in 1970s romania, austria and germany. I found it a bit of a slow burner but interesting.
