Conversion Sedan Semaphore into a convertible semaphore???

Where can I found instructions for a conversion from normal semaphores to convertible semaphores??

Some years ago there was a site with this info, I will see if I can find it. I am not big on it though because vert semaphores are distinct in. 3 major ways, the arm is longer, the arm is also narrower and the semaphore pocket is shallower so the semaphores are also shallower. The conversion only addressed the latter difference.

It was also a lot of work and not for the average guy. I have an original set for sale but they Are expensive.
