Does anyone know what these disc calipers are off please?

Its a ball joint bug beam that they're attached to

You don't give too much other information on what car these are or where you live. There appear to be other numbers on the callipers which if you cleaned it better, might help with identification.

ATE discs were OEM suppliers for VW. Type 1 VW never came with discs as standard in the US, so it is most likely the brakes have been modified from another (VW?) car. Possibly Type 2 or 3.

Ghias in the US came with discs as standard but I cannot see enough detail to determine what yours are.

For Beetles in other markets early ATE callipers came with single pin disc pad retainers (as I show from my car below) in early models and then two pin pin retainers similar to what you have shown.

I believe you can research the part number 113-615-109 to see if this is similar to what you have.
