Mexican Bugs

Anybody know where or how to import a new old bug from Mexico? I remember a few years ago there was a place in Az that did, but I can't find it.

I have a '99 Mexibeetle sitting on a '71 pan, and registered as a '71 available.
Everything is brand new, and it has 3600 original miles on it.
Never driven in the rain.
Stored indoors, in climate controlled garage.
Has fuel injection with combined catalytic converter/muffler.
Has alarm system (required in Mexico)
Has "open air" full electric sunroof running from front to bottom of where rear window would be.

The closest thing you will get to a brand new bug in the U.S.of A.

Available for $10500 in New Jersey.
I am only making it available for sale to finance completion of restoration of my '64 deluxe bus and '69 convertible bug.
