I took a lawyer friend to lunch today. Normally he drives as I am usually on the motorcycle but today I brought she who shall not be named (the Vanagon). He drives a Porsche of some sort that is wicked cool and very fast. When he walked up he started to smile. He climbed into the passenger seat and immediately started asking question.

"What is that?" he said pointing to the cabinets.

"That is the fridge, sink and stove", I replied

"How do you sleep?"

"Well there is a double bed down there and a double bed up top."

"Where up top?"

I jumped out and raised the roof and showed him.

"Holy shit that is cool!" He replied.

After lunch I let him drive back the office. He was grinning from ear to ear. As we pull in he says...

"OK man I get it. I guess I'll have to vote for Obama next election."

LOL that floored me. He is a hard core republican!

By the time we were done he was asking me pricing.

I love this van!!!

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Q: What do you call a lawyer in the passenger seat of your Westy?

A: Ballast for the alignment!

I am thinking shark jokes now.....

Also, remember with the proper tweaking the van can have Porsche go and stop installed.....

I know a lawyer who uses his Westy as a mobile office. He can fit a lot of boxes of evidence in there, and he has a handy table to work on.

Whenever I entertain more well-to-do individuals of similar professions the typical comment is "do they make these any newer"?

My guy did ask that exact question. I told him yes but it loses the cool factor.

Very Happy

What do you call 1000 lawyers in a Vanagon at the bottom of the ocean?

A good start.

A lawyer and his buddy see an attractive woman driving down the road in a Vanagon. The buddy says, "I'd love to screw her...." The lawyer thinks and then replies, ".... out of what?"

A lawyer into GoWesty. She browses around, spots the Top-of-the-line VW Syncro Westy and walks over to inspect it. As she bends over to feel the upholstery, she inadvertently breaks Wind.

Very embarrassed, she looks around nervously to see if anyone has noticed her little accident and prays that a sales person doesn't pop up right now.

As she turns around, her worst nightmare materializes in the form of a salesman standing right behind her. Cool as a cucumber and displaying complete professionalism, the salesman greets her with, "Good day, Madame. How may we help you today?" Very uncomfortably, but hoping that the salesman may just not have been there at the time of her accident, the lawyer asks, "Sir, what is the price of this lovely vehicle?"

He answers, "Madam, if you farted just touching it, you are going to shit yourself when I tell you the price."
