I don't know why but I can not find an interior door handle with the lock.
I have fond the release only but my 73 convertible doesn't have a seperate pull lock at the top of the door. The ones on it are chrome and have the pull knob with the lock switch below it as one unit. One is broken and I need to replace
Can anybody help? _________________ 73 vert |

I can look around, but cannot promise anything. When side do you need it for. Left or right?? _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey

the drivers side is the one that isn't working. We have to open the door from the outside.
I took it off today and it looks like the problem is the return spring is broken but the pin that holds it on does't look like it can be removed. So repleacement ismy best option.
What makes this so odd? what type do other convertibles have? How do they lock the door from the inside? _________________ 73 vert |

I think those handles with a lever for the lock is what is in Ghias too. Maybe easier to find that way. |
