I live in humboldt county, n. california. I like to find a good mechanic to rebuild the engin and a automatic trany of 79 bus so that I have it install into a 73 or 74 westy. That way I will not be bothered with smog certificate anymore
Can you please help. |

I have read your posts in the past and have always found them difficult to understand. After 114 posts you should be able to ask your questions more clearly. This is why no one has responded: in case you are wondering. _________________ "Don't worry, she'll hold together . . . You hear me, baby? Hold together!" -Han to the Falcon

Thank you for pointing this to me, I suspected that it was the reason, it is the matter of culture and language, no matter how many years living in the usa, I still think like a man from the old country.
I will try to be more clear from now on. |

Thanks for the offer but I am not sure I am going to work with the 79. This bus has some extra problum that is hard for me to solve. I am also not sure that the engine has to be changed, I do not know weather it is good or bad
If I find a 73 or 74 automatic westy without engine and tranny, I might buy it and put this engine and tranny into it.
What do you think of this plan? |
