Hi Clark... you might try Val's Alignment on about 34th South and West Temple (467-8333). I haven't had them do the Vanagon but I've been very pleased with all the work I've had them do over the years and my experience has been that they're straight shooters. It wouldn't hurt to ask them straight up if they've done Vanagons, but I would expect that they would tell you if there might be a problem.

I don't have an answer but Utah Imports knows vanagons quite well. I would call them at (801) 533-9600 and ask who can do a good vanagon alignment.

You could also call Old Fashion Service on 22nd E. 33rd South (466-5455) and ask if they do alignments. I've had them do other work on my Vanagon and they seem to get a fair number of Vanagons through there. I've only had them do engine and A/C work on the Vanagon and my Subarus so I don't know if they do alignments.

Cool... I don't know where Russ is relative to where you work, but I know Val's is a few miles out of the way. If you need to drop your van in the morning and need a ride from work to pick it up, let me know. The only afternoon commitment I have right now is to take my son downtown at 3:30 PM on Mon & Weds, so if you could duck out a little early on one of those days it would even be on my way. It wouldn't be a problem to run into town another day either.
