hey all- im looking for a diesel tranny and heard rumor of a gentleman in pulaski, va that evidently has 50 or so vanagons settin off rt 11 near the furniture factory....i dont live in the area anymore but would like to try and get in touch with him..so, if you happen to be passin by and wouldnt mind stoppin to get a phone or email address for me id really appreciate it, thanks-sean |

terry, preciate the reply.....i used to shoot the breeze from time to time with mark in salem and the guys at the bug shop back when i was living in blacksburg and was calling them to see if they had any leads for me.....mark couldnt help but the guys over at the bugshop said someone had brought in this picture of a field of vans.....evidently the guys been stockpiling them to rebuild and sell after he retires, wish i had heard about it when i was down there......guess its time for a road trip |

Hey, where are you specifically located in Southwest Virginia?

There is also a field of Vanagons north of Frederick MD, more like 20-30. I think it's owned by the folks below:

i was in blacksburg, but had to flee the scene to get myself outta debt and the bar(i do still get down there for the big games though)....now im anxiously waiting to leave philadelphia
