Does anyone one know the correct thickness for the brake shoe linings on a 54 Barndoor?

I am about to have a set relined and would like to get them done correctly

I would guess that they are about 5 mm thick? I would measure my old ones but they are well worn down.

Thanks

Martin

Just measured a NOS vw one, its 4mm, and only has about 1 -2mm before it would be down to the rivets.
