Anyone ever see these dummy plastic low profile screws in the side panels above the engine cover?

What were these holes used for? Bolt in the Westy cabinets? There is one on both sides. But my van, tintop, had one hole filled with this plastic screw. Was that normal for tintops? Does anyone have an extra plastic screw? Because one side it is missing.

Possibly used for 3-point seat belts connections.

It is hard to tell the location from the pic. They might be holes for the seatback pins.

This should give a wider picture of where it is. The holes are threaded for the usual 17mm hex bolts.
