I found this bus.
Its a 1967 original owner, original paint camper.
what is something like this worth?
The owner is an older retired guy who said "make me an offer".

Can't help you with the value, but I was surprised how clean that driver's mirror looks compared to the rest of the bus. _________________ '63 23 Daily Driver

| Is that thing complete? What a cool find! I bet it is worth a decent amount considering it looks to be a westy. I can't tell you what it is worth though. |

67= not rare but cool find non the less. even better if the camper kit is in decent shape. the rack looks kinda wasted but you can put new non original wood on it and make it work. _________________ OGJHC

I'm starting to get little wafts of bus stink coming from the north. Something about the unique scent of drivers seat padding when it's glued together with mouse piss and shit that really gets me going... and I'm smelling it! Oh yeah! Time to start loading up the equipment. |

look for rust. frame rust that is. rust around the window frames that is through rust not just surface.
Bondo/fiberglass noticable bodywork that may be poor?
driprail rust (through rust).
broken front door lower hinge points
rusted out airbox
rusted out lower cab door bottoms and cargo door bottoms
rusted out battery tray
rusted out lower nose (internal under it)
hacked dash?
hacked bulkhead if not a walkthru
cargo floor and cab floor rust
missing camper pieces
poptop canvas condition
all of these should be looked at and used to base your offering price and ability to negotiate _________________ OGJHC

Hey Jedi Pimp....check out the rust on my '67 - - many of these areas were hidden behind the camping interior - Good Luck!!

| If the interior isn't rotted into itself I'd think $1000 would be an enticing starting point, too. It would be a good one to get mechanically solid but run it with all that patina. You can't buy that kind of weathering. Even the rack is gnarly. |

My neighbor grew up on a dairy farm in NY state. He drinks Budweiser. I also worked with a guy at UPS who lives on a cotton farm outside of Statesboro, Georgia. He also drinks Budweiser. _________________ Call your Cunado's:
