New Westy owner wants to know why interior light don't work. Where do I look for the fuse panel?

What year is it? Early ones had a switch to the right of the steering column that had to be pulled out for the rear interior lights to work. Peace!

If you set in the driver's seat it is right in front of you under the dash.
