With the poor quality of those photos and no information as to what kind of car or engine you have, I think we may have some problems identifying your distributor, too.

| Pull it out and take a look at the numbers written on the side of it. Most likely the dreaded 009 as mentioned, but there are a couple of variants, an 050 and some other number as well, IIRC. |

| If its the 009 then what would be the best thing to replace it with. its a 74 dual carb engine |

Ding, ding , ding.. .we have a winner.
At a second look the cap has ears for the cap clips... it's a 050.

| so i ordered a tuneup kit from busdepo and the cap and rotor don't fit. what is the correct cap and rotor that i need ? thanks |

Cap: 9 231 081 413
