I’m removing the brake booster/MC from my 74 for inspection and possible rebuild. I’ll need to replace the hose from the reservoir under the seat to the reservoir on the top of the MC. It’s the one with the rubber sleeve next to the nipple on both ends. Is this available new anywhere? _________________ '65 Beetle "Lil' Lulu"- Ruby Red

I use some electrical heat shrink as the seal on my rigs. _________________ I Corinthians 4: 1 thru 5

the plastic hose can be reused. You need new rubber sleeves for them. There are several style master cylinder lower reservoirs so be sure you get the correct one if it breaks taking it off. BugHaus has some of the best selection I have found. https://www.bughaus.com/type214.htm _________________ "Most people don't know what they're doing, and a lot of them are really good at it." - George Carlin |
