Changed email, now feedback not linked

Changed my email here on TS, but now the feedback link no longer picks up my feedback thread. I tried to edit the original posting(add my new email) that started the thread, but it's been too long to make any edits.

What's the easiest way to get the feedback link to work with my new email?
