Question about Wheels

I am wondering why I am having so much trouble finding replacement wheels for my 1980 Westy Vanagon.

Could someone please direct me to the specs I should be looking for . . . I need to replace the Wheel, rotors, brakes . . . the whole 9 yards on all four plus get the spare back to par.

I must not be searching for the right terms, because I am not finding any place to purchase these . . .

I would like to go with chrome (no hub cap but maybe a VW logo center Hub!
