Hello Anaheim,

Thats where i grew up.... Shocked

Look at the top of the page on the right side.

Go into Tecnical then to wiring. Scroll down to 1963 and open it.

There is a Black wire that comes from the TERMINAL 15/54 on the
"D" which represents the ignition switch.

It then feeds the #1 fuse on the fuse block.

when you turn the ign switch on it goes to the ignition coil.
Do you have Testing equipment? Test Light, volt meter??

power to the coil comes from the ignition switch. not fused, but on the fuse block, hooked to the same side as the wire coming from your ignition (should be a small black wire)

ok I'll check that out, thanks... we ended up just jumping from the B+ on the voltage regulator to the positive on the coil. Got it running which was our main goal, it was our first time having it running! exciting stuff... thanks a lot guys
