Signal Relay Buzzes ONLY When Signaling Right

Here is an unusual one that I can't figure out and hoping someone more knowledgeable can help. My relay buzzes and has a steady RED light on the speedometer ONLY when I signal right. If i press the brakes and release the buzzing goes away and the signal works as it should.

What is wrong here? Bad brake solenoid? I just replaced the relay with a wolfsburg west one and its still the same issue.

Buzzing indicates a short, perhaps start disconnecting light fixtures on the right side until the buzzing stops, if it persists move further up the chain of supply between the lights and relay.
