...other than adjusting ride height? My Manxter has swapped trailing arms and sits very low, to low for the combined weight of me and my wife. (I'm taking up more than my share of said weight). So I raised it up about 2 inches. Had way to much positive camber, so I put it back down to wear it's now only maybe 2cm higher than it was before, but I seem to have a disproportionate amount of positive camber still. It seems like something else shifted. Is that possible, or is the 2cm it's higher now really making that much difference? _________________ Manxter #39 on a 1971 Pan

Sometimes things need to settle back down after an adjustment. Have you driven it since you re-adjusted it? |

Swapped trailing arms have quite a bit of positive camber because they have built-in negative camber when they are in their stock locations. Stock arms in their stock locations only have positive camber very close to full droop, which is why you're seeing the opposite effect with your swapped arms.
I agree with jspbtown. If you haven't driven the car yet, you will see a ton of positive camber because the tires are holding it there. Drive it around the block and you will see what it really looks like. Then post a picture and we will tell you that it looks fine.

LOL.. I'm workin' on it!
Soon as it gets above freezing here again, I'll take it for a spin and see what happens. I rocked it back and forth a bit in my garage, but maybe that's not enough. _________________ Manxter #39 on a 1971 Pan

I used to bring my 2/1600 class buggy to the frame shop once a season and have them tweek the arms on the frame machine to correct the camber. _________________ Jerry...

Hmm.. there's a thought.. since I'm planning on eventually going with Mendeola's rear setup anyway, could be a good temporary fix. _________________ Manxter #39 on a 1971 Pan

Maybe ask Barrett if he will build you a set of arms with zero camber.
