Don’t forget to inspect and clean Subject receptacles in the axle casting if you ever pull your torsion bars out. Mine were horrible. Looked like thousand year old underwater cave entrances- so bad I could barely make out the lands and grooves. Rigged a circular wire brush onto the end of a painters pole and manually “bore brushed” them until they looked much better, then used the torsion bars kind of like a thread tap, working them in and out with a cleaning solvent until all the gunk was gone from the grooves in there.
