I bought a set of bolt on vert rails from him after HE contacted ME following a a post I'd made in the forums. His communication was great and he gave me a very fair price. He discovered one small part was missing and then MADE the replacement piece. He shipped the rails across country very securely in an interesting, form fitting package and quickly. Then, as if that weren't enough, the package arrived late-ish last night and before I even let him know they'd arrived, I got a text this morning asking if the parts had arrived ok. When was the last time THAT happened? If this guy ever has anything I need, I'll be a repeat customer! Highly recommended!
