since I was unable to find this terminal, I just repaired it with an autozone 7 dollar relay. Sanded the base end flat, tinned it, tinned terminal out of sacrificial relay and soldered it. I bent a small L shape into the end of the spade terminal so it would have enough space for the solder to grip, and soldered right over the L shape.
